What would you do all day?

We are still a small team, so you’d get started right away on your first day. At times, you may find yourself wearing more than one hat. While your responsibilities will naturally go beyond the tasks listed below, they will include:

• Managing and growing our existing social media channels on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging social media posts.
• Monitoring accounts for comments, messages, and tags to maintain a responsive presence.
• Engaging with our community by responding to comments, questions, and messages in a positive and professional manner.
• Tracking and analyzing engagement metrics, including follower growth and post performance.
• Exploring and building new social media opportunities, such as TikTok.
• Collaborating with our content marketing manager to create brand-aligned content using established Canva templates.
• Taking on additional marketing projects in areas such as content creation, branding, or SEO as needed.

• You are passionate about mental health.
